Inspirado en el realismo social, el monumento rinde homenaje a la labor y dignidad del trabajo humano, aunque algunos cr\u00edticos lo interpretan como una representaci\u00f3n del trabajo esclavo, subrayando las duras condiciones laborales y la explotaci\u00f3n que han existido a lo largo de la
